According to the police the driver had been yelling at his girlfriend on his cell phone, and texting her as well. The Seattle police have subpoenaed the driver’s phone records. The driver’s distracted driving may have resulted in the death of this new mother, who was also successful attorney.
Because the driver’s carelessness this baby will grow up not knowing her mother, all because this driver chose to talk and text rather than drive.
